Since every request we receive is unique, we customize each rescue to fit in with a client's particular event requirements. Although the specific steps we take vary slightly from one program to the next, the process we follow is really quite simple and does not interfere with the hotel, venue or caterer's F&B operations.
Step 1: Give us a call, send us an email, or click on the "Rescue Form" link from any page of our website. We'll review the specs of the program being planned and work up an estimate for our rescue fee.
Step 2: We'll schedule the event on our Rescue Calendar and get in touch with the venue/caterer to work out the timing and details of the rescue process.
Step 3: Leading up to the date of the event, we'll identify the organizations and facilities that will be receiving the leftovers...then get in touch with them to coordinate the delivery arrangements.
Step 4: On the date of the event, our "Rescue Squad" will arrive at the agreed upon time and pick up all of the items we've been asked to rescue.
Step 5: Once all of the items we've picked up are loaded into our rescue van, we'll deliver them to each of the recipients that we lined up in Step 3.
